Windows Server Mirroring

 With the ViceVersa PRO software you can make an exact duplicate of files / folders between servers and disks for such purposes as high availability, disaster recovery, load balancing, file server replication, a.k.a. "Source to Target File Mirroring". The first time it runs, ViceVersa PRO will replicate all the files from the source to the target (if the files are not already present in the target). After the first time, on successive runs, ViceVersa PRO will only replicate new and changed files from the source to the target (and optionally files that were deleted from the source are also deleted from the target). With ViceVersa PRO you can have an exact mirror of the source drive to the target drive, file by file and folder by folder.

File Mirroring Utility

 With ViceVersa PRO software you can make a mirror copy of your server files for backup purposes. Simply select the source files/folders you'd like to mirror, and the target folders where you'd like to mirror the data to. For example, server to server, or to a secondary hard-disk, an external USB drive, or a NAS device. Or even another computer connected to the network. ViceVersa PRO will mirror all the files from source to target for you. You can schedule the operation to run unattended, or as soon as file changes are detected, at start-up and/or shut-down. Or you can start the operation manually and monitor it step-by-step. There is also the possibility to compress and encrypt the mirrored files to save space.

Server Mirroring over the Network

 You can use ViceVersa PRO to mirror files to and from other computers over the network. You can control the bandwidth used by ViceVersa to avoid overloading your network during the file mirroring operation. You can auto-copy files to the network using the included scheduler.

USB File Mirroring

 You can mirror / replicate the server's files to / from an external USB drive quickly. You can verify the correct operation and integrity of all the mirrored files using ViceVersa CRC verification. You can also encrypt the files before they are copied to the USB drive.

SQL Server Mirroring
