Hi
We have a problem with our VV software, every time a backup runs it cannot delete folders.
VV produces the following error: cannot delete folder, directory not empty
or something along those lines, we are using windows 2k3 R2. |

Hi
this means that the folder is not empty and still has some files in it. Did you maybe exclude files from the profile which are in that folder? _________________ --

The only files that are in these folders are working files like,
word, excel, ppt, autocad files etc etc etc...
no programs with hidden files
there are files in these folders but if VV tries to delete one should it not just delete the files within. |

Hi, it seems like VV does not need to delete the files in the folder, so the folder is not empty. The Comparison Window will show you why files in the folder do not need deleting. _________________ --
