Exchange 2003 and Open Files

I keep getting "Can not open "\\server\e$\MDBDATA\E00tmp.log". The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process".

Anyone had this problem and know what the fix is?

Hi , did you activate VSS (for source) in the advanced profile settings?

I'm sorry, I don't understand the question. I go into the advanced settings but I don't see anything about activating.

Sorry, I was unclear. Go to the ViceVersa PRO Profile Settings->Advanced Settings and activate the option Use 'Volume Shadaw Copy' to copy open files... and then select for 'Source' (assuming your Exchange files are on source, otherwise select Target)
