When you do a Backup (Mirror Source to Target) is there a way to turn off the initial compare. In my case, there is nothing on the Target, so why spend the hour comparing?
Upon completion, is it possible make the compare optional. The reason I ask is I'm doing a major conversion and will have to run sync several times and the inital time doesn't matter if anything changed during the initial copy, or on the following syncs for that matter. I will be doing a complete syncs one everything is replicated.
Also, on the Re-comparing window, if you press the X to close, and stop that process, it ask, are you sure you want to do this, if you select no, it continous, if you select yes, it continues.
Thought of one more thing, when you have include list and it compares with the Target, why does it compare folders that are not in you include list? |

This is not possible as VV needs to load the source content in the comparison window.

What version of VV are you using?

I will file this as a bug, thanks. It should not be possible to cancel recomparison after the copy.

Try first putting an exclude all folders filter then add the inclusion list. _________________ --
