I have used vice versa for years now and like it much. However, I am currently trying to sync to a hard drive based mp3 player (Toshiba gigabeat) but VV does not recognize the device as a drive. Thus, I can't compare the folder on my compter with a similar folder on my mp3 player. Any ideas why the mp3 player is not showing up in the drive list? Your website says any usb storage device... |

Normally when you plug-in a USB drive, Windows will load its driver and mount it as a volume. You can then see the volume listed in Windows Explorer and you can copy files form/to. Then you can use VV vs. this drive. Does the Toshiba mount as a volume when plugged-in? thanks _________________ --
