Reading the post on special charaters I seem to understand ViceVersa Pro 1.3.1 will recognize accented characters such as "à" or "ô", etc. But is the software case sensitive?
I have been using ViceVersa Free 1.0.2 for quite some time and that version cannot handle accented characters (other than "é") and is not case sensitive. Consequently, I have over time been loosing accented and large capped characters.
I need to be able to keep the large caps when they are used and (in order to address the shortcomings of ViceVersa Free 1.0.2) I need to have the software update a file when the only change is to the case of some of characters in the file name itself. |

Yes, ViceVersa PRO is case sensitive when copying files and not case sensitive when comparing files. So the file Text.txt will be copied as Text.txt maintaining the capitalization and during comparison Text.txt will match text.txt. I think in your case the best would be to start again with an empty target. _________________ --
