Exchange server backup

Using VVpro, eval.

When we try to backup (mirror) exchange database, here's the error message:

2006-08-18 15:28:04 : Copying file C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA\E00.log <to> F:\Backup\Exchange 2003\MDBDATA\E00.log.gz.enc (5,00MB) [Can not open "\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy17\Program Files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA\E00.log". The file could not be located.] [ERROR].

File is in that location.
