Can't Save Profiles

I have installed the software on another machine and it worked fine. so I know this is an issue with my machine.

everytime I try and "save" or "save as" a profile my sceen just blinks and will not bring up the windows dialog to save the profile to a location. i have tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling but it still will not work. can anyone help me with this? thank you

Hi - what version of ViceVersa PRO are you using?
This was an issue with VV PRO 2 build 2008 (or earlier) in case the "My Documents" folder would point to a drive, eg P:
It has been fixed since then.
