I’m new in using this tool, how would you synchronize Outlook 2003 between my laptop and desktop? |

All of Outlook's information (EMail, Calendar, Contacts, ...) is stored in one (often huge) file with the extension .PST.
Use Windows File Search and look for *.PST. You will most likely only find one file. You want to synchronize that file with the same file on your laptop. |

That is NOT ..
REPEAT NOT

your method will NOT NOT NOT NOT sync the files. ALL your method will do is DELETE the oldest PST file and replace it with another
THus Email WILL >. REPEAT WILL .. be lost
ViceVersa Pro has a BIG fault in features.
It CAN NOT sync PST folders.. only replace one with another |

I would like to clarify ViceVersa and PST files.
ViceVersa is a file synchronizer.
File synchronizers synchronize files using their timestamps by replacing older files with new files, delete files as required, if they have been deleted from the other side, etc. If a file is changed in both source and target since last sync, then it is marked as a conflict and it needs to be reconciled manually.
File synchronizers do not synchronize "records within files". For example, for Outlook, ViceVersa will not synchronize e-mails or contacts, but will keep the newer PST file by copying it over the old PST file. If the PST is changed in both locations ViceVersa will mark the files as "in conflict" and will not copy the files. ViceVersa will synchronize PST outlook files as it would synchronize any other files, by keeping the newer file.
The same is valid for any other application format. _________________ --
