When I run a backup, during the process where files are purged from the backup harddrive, I get a box opening up asking me for a username and password for msnusers.
If I enter a username and password, the box re-appears. If I click Cancel, I get another error.
I click OK, the box goes away, and the backup continues. However, this box pops up frequently during the backup routine. I have not tried un-install/re-install the program yet, but that is my next course of action. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
p.s. Since I can't link to the images in the forum (I still don't understand that), if you would like to see the images, PM me and I can give you the links to them. Thanks! |

The target drive is a USB 2.0 external HD (150GB or something like that)
When it tries to delete a file (desktop.ini) from a folder (My MSN Websites) in a user's profile, that's when I get the error. |
