Wonder if someone could shed light on might might cause the program to not display or sync certain folders & files which are plainly visible to windows explorer & other apps. If, at program startup, I specify one of these "missing" folders as a root of a comparision, then the program sees it & its contents.

Hi, do the folders have any access right that could limit access? Are folders on the network, what Operative Systems are you using, thanks

The folders reside on 2 USB hd's I'm trying to sync.

Example Drive I: and Drive J: both have many folders, including a folder called \Plugins. Plugins has various subfolders. If I attempt to compare I:\ to J:\, the \Plugins folder appears empty within vv, although other folder trees are displayed properly. However, if I use vv to compare I:\Plugins to J:\Plugins, then the subfolders & files are recognized. Hope I'm explaining clearly. The OS is 2KPro, SP4. Thanks
