Timestamp issue

Using the Synchronization method, I have noticed that on some files (143 out of 4 547) there is a difference of one second between the timestamps of the source and target. All my source folders are located on a Novell Netware server. It seems to be the same files that are affected, no matter how many times I synchronize and recompare.
This results in synchronization taking longer than necessary and causing unnecessary network traffic.
