Continuous Sync

I want to have it Sync continuously. Meaning whenever it detects a change in a directory it automatically copies the file to the destination. Is there a way to do this? I want it to work bidirectionaly.

Yes, with ViceVersa PRO you can use VVLauncher for this. You can find VVLauncher under Start->All Programs->ViceVersa PRO 2->Tools
