View the Compare/Execute window at any time

Hi,

I do like seeing the Compare/Execute window when I start a job off manually as it shows me in a more granular way the progress of the job. It also shows the bandwidth utilisation window (which is an issue with the amount of data we are replicating so to see this would be very useful indeed).

Would it be possible to have a way to open the windows/forms above (especially the bandwidth one) when a job has been kicked off by the scheduler instead of just seeing the output window? Unless there is a way and I have missed it.
