Error when Encrypting source

When select to Encrypt source and then click Compare I get the following error:

"D:\xxx\xxxxxxx.xls" in source (Encrypted) does not have the required extension ".enc". Please delete or move this file using Windows Explorer. Aborting comparison.

If move the file to a different directory I get the same error on the next file in the root source directory.

When you encrypt source (or target), source (or target) needs to be empty at the start (no files inside). VV will copy the files from target and encrypt them. The message you are getting is due to the fact that Viceversa is finding files that are not encrypted.
