Scheduler not running Scheduled Tasks

I am trying out Vice Versa to see if it will fit our needs. It works like a dream so far, except that the scheduled tasks show up in Windows Scheduler, the date and time has come and gone, no sync happened. Windows Scheduler gives the status as "Could not Start." I even right-clicked the task and selected Run, but to no avail.

Please help, as if this works, I would purchase this product.

Secondly, is there a contact to discuss any volume pricing discounts?

Hi, thank you for evaluating ViceVersa. In the VVScheduler, please check the log file, under main menu->tools->show windows task scheduler log file. What does that show?
