Continue and Tracking

I'd like to be able to syncronize and continue if target it missing.

I have a central directory of quotes that I'd like to push to a few laptops in the company. I'd also like to recieve what they have in their quote folder. When the task runs, a laptop may or may not be in the building.

With what I can gather, the only way to accomplish this is to setup a backup from source to target and then again from target to source without a tracking database.

What do you think?

Yes, but instead of Backup (which deleted the files on the target that are not in source) use the Replication (Update Terget Method). Currently this is the only way...
