Mass Users Directory migration

We are going to pull the trigger on migrating from a Novell network to a MS network with a storage filer to hold all the data. I was wondering if there was a way to copy the data from the individual users directories on our separate Novell servers to the users folder on our filer without having to create separate mappings/jobs for each user. Basically a \\novellsrv1\sys\users\joeuser\-->\\newfiler\users\joeuser with %username% for a variable? Gracias.

Did you try
\\novellsrv1\sys\users\ as source
and
\\newfiler\users\ as target

(also switch on including subfolders)

Didn't want to try that yet as I;m actually pulling from seven different servers to one server and I didn't want to mess up the permissions already set on the users folder on the target server.
