Vice Versa Copies Folders, but not files.

I've been using the program for a while now and haven't had any issues. I recently re-installed windows, and now that program won't copy my files, it's just grabbing all the folders. It reads the directory as 95 gigs with the File Explorer window, but then the FE window abruptly closes and when I look on my backup drive, it's got all the folders, but no files in it. I tried restoring the default settings and re-installing the program with no luck. I also told the EXE to run as administrator (even though I am the only user and have admin priv.) and that made no difference either.
I also got an error claiming "not enough memory" when trying to view the help file.

Couldn't find anything on Goggle so I'm posting here.

Hi, thank you for posting on the forum.
You can setup a log in profile settings -> execution in ViceVersa.
Could you setup the log and rerun the job and then send the log to support via e-mail please? We will check it, see what's going on.

Oh, I fixed it. There were permission issues with the hard drive as it used to be my windows drive. I sorted those out and now it's updating properly. Thanks for the awesome program!
