I've set up VV Scheduler to run automatically at 3AM and to end and close the screen upon completion. It runs fine, except it stops the program every night and asks the same question, whether it should "delete (or erase)" one particular file, my Lightroom catalog. How do I get it to just delete or erase that file automatically and continue on until complete?

In VVScheduler, when you setup the scheduled task, you can use the option /hiddenautoexec or /dialogautoexec to run automatically.
If instead you still want the GUI to appear but do not want these interruptions, in the profile settings -> execution enable the option "No Confirmations".
