I wanted to upgrade from VV5 to VV6 and VVE from 2 to 3.
In my cart, I accidentally added VVE both as full version and upgrade. I didn't notice until it went through. How can I get the straightened out?
I have gotten lost in the Digital River/My Commerce sites. Seems like the password I created one place doesn't work in the other. I found a page on how to get a refund and put in my order number, but then it wants a different password than the one I created when I set up my order.
How can I fix this?
I need 6 upgrades of both, not 12 licenses for VVE.
