ViceVersa Pro 5 versus 6 problem with profiles

Hi
I am using VVpro 5 and I tried the trial version VVpro 6.
BUT VVpro 6 has problems with one of my profiles because a folder name (with many subfolders) is used several times for the synchronisation.
That works fine with version VVpro 5 with which I sync several sub-folders of the main folder (but not all of them) from my desktop with my laptop.
Can this be solved somehow ?
