Hello,
Have vv 2.08 installed on two windows 2008r2 servers. Servers connected through VPN. Simple folder copying back and forth. Fairly decent sized folders mainly PDFs. Probably 50 of them a day. Having weird issues. Thinking maybe version 3.0 will solve problem. My synchronization finishes one way but the other hangs five minutes in.
Will I need any license info for the upgrade? Will my credit card being processed just enable me to download the program? Since I installed in 2018, I really don't remember if I need to install on both ends or just run on one side? Need two licenses? Started reading the license sticky and was confused. |

The newer versions should help as they are faster over networks.
Can you send the profile logs to support via e-mail?

Yes, you would need the current license info to upgrade please contact support we can help recover your current license code if not known and send instructions on how to upgrade (it's very easy)
thanks

As for the logs, no. One of the errors was that the log file needed to be reset. I also created a new profile with no success.
Guess I'll message support next. |
