Hello,

I have been using ViceVersa for many years, after replacing the server and switching to version 5, I have the following problem under Windows Server 2022.

I have 4 profiles that are executed via VVScheduler. There is no concurrent execution. If the first profile is supposed to start at 11:30 p.m., the following error message appears:

If I then trigger the execution by hand about 5 minutes later, the error does not occur and all subsequent profiles are also completed successfully.

Can someone please help me, what is the problem here?

Hi, I am not 100% sure, but this sounds like an issue with the Hyper-V writer in failed state? This error comes from Windows directly.

Does it work if you create a snapshot with vssadmin command line at that time?

It sounds like the hyper-v writer is not ready the first time a shadow is created...
