I have used VVEngine version 2.2 buid 2250 together with ViceVersa Pro version 5 build 5004 64-bit for a long time nearly every day without any problems. But today I suddenly am confronted with the message in VVEngine that "There are currently no profiles scheduled in VVEngine."

I used to have many profiles in several categories that I frequently used. Of course I can Add again all profiles, but then I still have lost the history that is normaly present.

I have backups from nearly everything, but I have no idea what files are responsible for the correct functioning of VVEngine.

What can I do to restore again the normal situation?

Thanks for any help.

Hi, all the profile schedules and schedule settings are stored in a file called VVEngine.xml, location is :

C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\VVEngine\VVEngine.xml
or
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\VVEngine\VVEngine.xml

Older versions of VVEngine stored the data in "Roaming", newer versions store in "Local".

@TGRMN:
There is a xml file in appdata\local that contains only:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-16"?>
<SETTINGS/>

I guess I have to simply rebuild this file.

@alice:
I don't use a server, sorry that your tip didn't work out.

Thank you both.
