[ERROR] "\\servername\db" is not accessible using the credentials entered in the profile settings. The local device name has a remembered connection to another network resource.

Getting the above error in jobs although the access works fine with the provided credentials.

Tried mounting the drive separately as well with the same creds and it works fine.

Server rebooted / service restarted but job still fails with same error.

Hi, did you enter the credentials in ViceVersa, in profile settings (folders -> network)? Does it work with "use the default user credentials"? thanks

Hi

So I have tried almost everything here.

In the profile settings, the user defined can mount the share when we test.

That user is a domain admin already

I changed the user and tested it can mount the share when we press Test connection.

Saved the profile and enabled it.

The job runs and fails after 2 min 40 sec everytime stating target folder not found.

I mounted the drive manually using same creds >> it mounts fine

Tried running the job with the share mounted manually. It still fails with error target folder not found.
