As far as I can tell Vice Versa can only compare files *within folders*, correct? What I mean is that I cannot have it backup all images and videos from 3 different folders (incl their subfolders) into one single folder with no corresponding subfolders. Am I right about this or is there some setting I don't know about?
Example:
I have 3 folders and each one has multiple subfolders, e.g.:
Main -> multiple subfolders
Film -> multiple subfolders
Food -> multiple subfolders
I want to backup all images and videos from those three folders (incl their subfolders) into one single folder called "assets" on a different drive. |

Hi, maybe you could have :
Main <to> assets\Main\
Film <to> assets\Film\
Food <to> assets\Food\
Or you could also use :
Main <to> assets\
Film <to> assets\
Food <to> assets\
but if you have the same file in Main and Film or Food with the same name and same subfolder/location, then it would conflict when copied to "assets"
Please note ViceVersa supports folder variables, so you could also use <sourcewithoutdrive>, for example:
Main <to> assets\<sourcewithoutdrive>
Film <to> assets\<sourcewithoutdrive>
Food <to> assets\<sourcewithoutdrive> _________________ --
