What I need to do;

1) Download files- presently this is working.

2) Delete these files automatically after 5 days- I am not sure if Archiving can do this for me, can it?

Using the archive feature when files are deleted from source they are moved from target to the archive, so you keep copies, but files are not deleted by ViceVersa.
