I've just switched on the archive function with a filter but the target files are still being overwritten and nothing ends up in the archive folder. These are my settings:

Enable Archiving: ticked
Archive folders:
- Source: blank
- Target: E:\ViceVersa\Desktop\Archives\ (a USB-connected HD)
Move files to archive folder: ticked
Keep max. 5 copies...
Remove ... older than 0 days
Append source/target path ...: ticked
Archive filters: a list of Include definitions

But still the log from the backup job says that the files in the archive list have been overwritten, and the archive folder is empty, no hidden files either. Have I misunderstood something, or what am I doing wrong?
Thanks.

Ooops! No need, I just realised that I've specified the source file names in the archive filter list instead of the target file names! An easy trap to fall in... Thanks anyway.
