Cannot create a file / folder when it already exists (VV 5)

Hi all
I am a big fan of VV since this is a perfectly custimizable and transparent sofware. You know what it does, and it does it ! - I use it with the labtop (Windows 11) over wireless internet access at home. The target is a Westerdn Digital MyCloud Home. For many years all went fine. Possibly the problem arose with a latest Windows Update, but not sure. The following errors I get (in that order:

Cannot create "mytarget"/something/cache". Folder. The folder "mytarget"/something/cache" cannot be created when it already exists. Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

Error renaming temp file (snip...) unable to retrieve file attributes (snip ...) the system cannot find the specific file.

CAnnot create (snip...) the system is unable to find the specified path.


Huh, now I do not know what to do. I restarted etc. all done. Please advice.
