|

Hi,
VV is reporting as errors any filenames containing characters (such as my name, Báthory) and symbols (such as the folder labeled Indeo©).
Just downloaded trial version last night. Everything else is fine. Running Win98SE.
Any fix or update coming?

Very shortly we will be posting the beta version of the new ViceVersa PRO. This new version will support all characters of the world, including Japanese, Chinese, Russian, etc. _________________ --

|
|
As a registered user I just realized that VV have changed the names of my music titles. When I compare VV is showing that some albums have been deleted when they are in fact present. When I re-sync VV is creating duplicate files. The only common denominator I can find is the presence of accented letters in the album or track name, something that is quite common also for albums bought in the US. |

Could you please post a screen shot showing the issue in the ViceVersa Comparison Window or send an E-Mail to support@tgrmn. Please also attach project file and log file.
While VV does not support yet all Chinese, Japanese, Russian characters (but soon it will), it does already support accented characters and all western eurpoean special characters. _________________ --
