V5 - Error on Compare

I've created my source and target folders. When I run 'Compare', I encounter the follow error message:

[DESTINATION FOLDER]; The specified server cannot perform the requested operation.

I click OK and get the following error message:

Error scanning target folder. The specified server cannot perform the requested operation

From there, the operation stops. How do I rectify this situation.

Hi, this error comes directly from Windows... any of these articles help?
