I downloaded the new version 5. But I am not able to buy it. They say that I can reinstall my working and paid version 4 PRO.
I have the registration text but the key is all ******

I am not happy as it seems that I lost now my paid version 4 and have only a 30 days version 5.

How do I solve this?
