Upgrading to V4

Trying to upgrade, but when I click on this page:
https://www.tgrmn.com/web/download.htm

...I just wind up back at the list of announcements:
https://www.tgrmn.com/web/forum/viewforumf1.htm

If I click on the V4 download link, I'm prompted to download a trial version. Tried that, and tried to enter my old reg number, but an error message says that number is only good for V4.

How do I get the permanent, non-trial version as an upgrade and not a full purchase?

By the way: The trial version says, "This is Day 162 of your 30-day evaluation period."

Hi , sorry for the confusion, version 4 can be downloaded from here:

https://www.tgrmn.com/web/download.htm

It's the same download for new or upgrade from previous versions.
