Which 'Execution Method' are you using ?

Help file says :

Replace newer target files with older source files (backup/replication methods only)

Replace newer target files with older source files (backup/replication methods only):
For the Backup/Replication methods, this option instructs ViceVersa to overwrite the target files with source files even if the target files are newer (have a more recent file timestamp). This is also called 'to force' the target.

Thank you Alice Smile

I need to backup. That option I remember very well that I already had it activated previously but now it is not available, the box cannot be checked or unchecked.

My main purpose is that since I need to backup files to another hard drive, I need them to go with my timestamp and everything as the original file, and they had told me that for this I had to select that box and that way I had everything worked fine previously. Confused

Ok,

maybe check you have :

Backup (Mirror Source to Target)

selected via :

[ File ] / [ Change Profile Settings ] / [ Execution ]

then the 'Method' drop-down...
