I have been running ViceVersa for a while with no problems but now a get this error when i try to sync:
Exit Code: 9. Execution not done. Unable to open tracking database.
I have read a number of posts about access problems and checked that is not the probem in my case. I have checked that there is enough diskspace. I found 2 processes of vvlauncher.exe and restarted the server but that did not work.
Any suggestions? |

I am running the service and getting this error. It works fine for awhile and then I get the error and need to manually compare and sync. I need to shut down the service and restart it to get it to work again
help!. |

Under which account are you running the VVLauncher service and what is the exact location of the tracking database?
Do you always have 2 VVLauncher processes running or only when the problem appears?

The account is a domain admin account. I set it up this way because VV is syncing files between two admin share UNC paths. I only have one instance of VVLauncher running and one profile open. It is syncing three directories. |
