I have been using Vice Versa Pro 2.5 for a number of years. About a week or 2 ago it stopped working. I can load the profile but as soon as I click "Compare", the main window disappears and nothing further happens. I downloaded V4 to check if it was possibly a problem with the older version but exactly the same thing happens.
Start program
Load Profile
Click Compare
Nothing
I am not sure if there are any log files but viceversa.dmp and viceversa.rpt with a new datestamp are both 0 bytes.
Vice Versa is my backbone backup program. Can anybody help?

Hi Kevin,
Sorry to hear about this problem.
Could you send the profile log to support via e-mail please?
A log file can be set in ViceVersa -> Profile Settings -> Execution

Thank you for your answer, it reminded me where the log files are saved. I decided to rename the log files to create a new one to send to you. After the rename, everything worked again, no more problems. Maybe a log file was corrupt?
Anyway, all sorted so thank you.
