Auto Restart When Service Stops?

I have a recurring problem where Vice Versa will have crashed, and I'm not exactly sure why until I get phone calls that files aren't showing up. I'm trying to find a way to get a notification if the service stops, but it doesn't appear that VV runs as a service. Do you have any advice on how to create a notification if the software quits on its own?

It looks like we are running v2.2 Server Premium Build 2250

The VVEngine is not running as a service, you could set it up sas a service like this:

You could have then the service to restart.

However VVEngine should not crash, so we will look into this as well.

From a first look , seems like there is a network scanner that is causing the crash. See entries from log:

Are you maybe able to stop the scanning of VVEngine? It's pretty heavy scanning of non-existing pages.
