Mirror one HD to another inc folder sharing, permissions, et

I have been using ViceVersa for many years and am trying to set up a system to mirror one HD to another 100%. Similar to RAID 1. That means folder sharing, permissions, Security attributes etc. I have selected this option under advanced setting but the user permissions etc are not being copied to the target. Both HD's are NTFS (one is set up as a RAID 1 configuration which I am trying to replace/replicate). What am I missing?
I received this error in the log file: [WARNING] Source 'D:\Mary\' and target 'E:\Mary\' have different security attributes.

Please include which permissions are different on 'D:\Mary\' and 'E:\Mary\' and also which permissions are not propagated when replicating. thank you
