Hello, How do i make viceversa recognize a virtual drive for cloud storage ? I am using CloudMounter for windows v1.8. I mounted my google drive using cloudmounter as a Z drive and when I put Z:\ in the source, i get a message saying "Source folder Z:\ not found. The system cannot find the path specified"
I have used Total commander, and Beyond Compare 4, they all seem to read and access the Z drive. What options do I have with viceversa ? Thanks!!! |

Are you running ViceVersa as "admin" or a standard user?
Is this issue happening when running profiles from VVScheduler / VVEngine?

Im running it as a administrator. Do i need to use thr Z drive as a UNC path ? Similarly with microsoft azure in the past, i had to use UNC path with viceversa so maybe this time also ? Im not even sure what vvschedular and vv engine is lol
I also installed Dokan library as required for cloudmounter. The website is cloudmounter (dot) net/mount-cloud-drive-win.html
Another strange thing is that voidtool's software called EVERYTHING was able to recognize the cloud drive after adding it as a Z drive. So why can't viceversa do it also... |

A drive can be mapped under admin or non-admin, it could be a permission issue...
Try listing the content of the mapped Z drive with dir, from a Command Window, under admin (run as administrator) and non admin, do they both work? |

ahh i see, it didn't work with command prompt in administrator but it worked with non-admin command prompt using the command "dir Z:\" then it listed the folders and files.
I have tried to copy a file from my PC to the cloud, but the date accessed changes to the current system date/time not the original file dates & time |

Hi, possibly the target does not support changing timestamps of files (e.g. they get the timestamp of when the file is created). _________________ --
