|
|
Hello,
I've recently upgraded to v4 to take advantaged of the performance enhancements. I have gone into the settings and set all the multi-threaded options to Yes, including the 'Scan target while scanning source' but it only seems to scan one at a time. I am running the 64-bit version (v4 4004) on Windows 11 Pro (21H2) 22000.556.
Any suggestions I can try to get it to scan both sides at the same time?
Thanks! |

Hi, when the option Scan target while scanning source is enabled, ViceVersa will start pre-scanning and caching the target while scanning the source folder(s) (you can see that in the log and output window). That option does not always help making comparison faster, it depends on the OS caching. _________________ --
