ViceVersa Pro 4.0 - Build 4004 - (64-bit)
Is it possible to include 'root' folders that only have 6 or less files within (...and that includes files held in all of the 'root' folder's sub-folders too) ?
I could not think of a way, so had to export the structure to Excel using a folder analyser product, sort it by files stored and then create a .txt for import into VV's Subfolder Filter feature.
We have a Citrix Profile Share I'm trying to clear and 6 files is the default set up before staff download items/create Favourites of their own and therefore add more than 6 files....
btw, would be handy if VV could simply import a plain .txt 'Firstname.Lastname' and add the 'Include>.....>' format to each entry.
Maybe it could do this via a wizard,
1) find the .txt
2) include or exclude selected by user
3) present it in the Profile...
tks and hope all is well !

Hi Alice, all good here thanks! hope all is well there too!
The only thing I can think of is the the Load Filters function in the profile settings, which can import file or subfolder filters. Did you try that? _________________ --

Hello there.
Yes that's exactly what I did.
'so had to export the structure to Excel using a folder analyser product, sort it by files stored and then create a .txt for import into VV's Subfolder Filter feature.'
but I can't automate that process to run....say once a week.
So would be handy if VV could 'count' the files in a given folder structure and be able to react to that ie 'move' folders based on 'no. of files' present
tks !! |
