Hi, I setup a profile with "Replication (Updtae Target)" as method with "Date/Size File Filters..." in "File Filters" but I don't see an option for "last acces". I need to move files from one server to another only if files was not used since 5 years. Does it possible?

Hi, the filter is only available for the modified date, not the accessed date. Accessed dates are pretty unreliable on Windows...

Ok, so can I use an "AND" instead of "OR" for "create date" and "modified date" so that files needed to move must have modified date AND create date older than 5 years.

Thank.

Only 'modified date' is available, however the modified date would not be earlier than created.

I'm not sure if this is a 'one off' requirement or on-going....

If it's a 'one off', maybe you could get creative with a 'tree mapping / disk folder analyser' product then use Excel to process the results, or as I did here, use a simple DOS command with Excel :

then import the result into VV (using a format it understands) and action that ?

Just a thought Smile
