Execute w/o stopping for permission for read-only files etc.

It would be great if you could add a tracker (or something) that tags read-only or other special permission files, (the kinds that stop the execution while waiting for the 'do you really want to do this' dialog box to be answered), and allows the batch execution to continue while waiting for this/these response(s).
I far too often set up a comparison, then execution, watch it start, then go do something else for the next couple hours while it's working on it. (Yes, sometimes just go to bed for the night!) Upon return, I find that the execution is halted yet is only X% through the process and it's been happily waiting for my tendered response.
It would be nice to return and find execution at 9X% complete, with 'just a few permissions to finish up the process'.

Hi, thank you for the feedback. Yes, we need to add this to the software, it would be very useful. For now, if you want you can set it up to ignore these questions, in profile settings -> preferences -> Manage 'Don't ask/tell again' Boxes. regards
