Transfer from Galaxy phone to Win 10 PC?

Vice Versa Pro does not see my Samsung S8 phone via USB.

Is it possible to access the phone via USB to copy images to my Win10 PC using ViceVersa to preserve the created date?

Hi, accessing the phone requires MTP support, but ViceVersa does not support MTP sorry.

ATM we do not plan to add that functionality in the next versions, sorry!

You can download MTP drive but even using that has problems with hanging using it together with viceversa. I even wrote an email to the support team of MTPdrive why it struggles with galaxy s8 (I have one also)
