Not all folders are getting copied

Hi I am trying to copy from a network mapped drive to an external drive around 3TB of data.

There are loads of folders and subfolders, ran compare and execute the command it took over 10 hours but only copied half the data across. The other half is showing X in front which I think means it's excluded. I never configured exclusion filters please help! Need all data copied from this server to the local drive. please provide a phone number to call support.

Hi, are these files offline files? These are excluded unless you include them in profile settings -> advanced settings => more.
