Files showing as newer on OneDrive

Unfortunately this azure is extremely complex, it will take me days to study it and trying to understand iit. It is not user friendly at all. I will try with other more user-friendly first. Starting with dropbox, unfortunately it does the same thing with the modified date.

it is not a oneDrive bug because now I tried with dropbox, box, and good drive and they all do the same.

I managed to set up a azure and uploaded 2 files, but how can I test weather the date created, date modified are preserved? in other words, how do I mount an azure files container to windows explorer?
