Getting returned error 4390 when doing backup

Mirroring Documents Folder from win Fujitsu Win 10 laptop to Synology NAS and a Toshiba Win 10 laptop. everything is on local LAN. I have been doing the same thing for several years. All devices on In-house LAN. I Can copy-paste without a problem.

ERROR MESSAGE LAPTOP TO LAPTOP Can not copy NTFS Additional File Streams of File "ToshibaLT\Backup Files\10 BU-MKMRoadQueen Documents\anyfile.pdf". Function 'BackupWrite' returned error 5. Access is denied.

ERROR MESSAGE LAPTOP TO NAS Can not copy NTFS Additional File Streams of File "NASMesa\10--BU-MKMRoadQueen Documents\anyfile.pdf". Function 'BackupWrite' returned error 4390. The file or directory is not a reparse point.
