The icon is running in the system tray. Double-clicking, or right-click, "Show" does nothing. Killing the ViceVersa Pro 3.0 process and re-opening does not help. When I first noticed the issue, a reboot would fix for a little while. Then at some point, when you closed the window, there was not way to get it back. Now even a reboot isn't helping.
Server 2019 fully patched. |

Do you run ViceVersa .fsf profiles scheduled from VVScheduler, VVLaunhcer, or VVEngine, or manually from within ViceVersa? thanks _________________ --

I schedule them in VVEngine, but that's not where the problem is. I can't get the ViceVersa window open to load, edit, or save those profiles. This is the actual ViceVersa program. I have no way to open or change a profile right now. |

Thanks, can you please uninstall and re-install ViceVersa?
Please make sure you have your reg code available to re-enter if needed.

Ok, well that fixes it RIGHT NOW. I was hoping for something a little more permanent. |

We can see if after re-installing the issue is coming back and how...
If you run profiles from VVEngine, the Viceversa windows should not appear at all. thanks _________________ --
