Hi!
I have a quite fast DSL connection from office to my home (300MBit Down, 50MBit up). When copy a file with a mapped folder at my office (via VPN, very fast VPN router) to my home with the Windows Explorer the speed through the tunnel is about 5 Megabytes per second. For a file with 1,5 Gigabyte it needs about 5 minutes.

When i copy the same file with ViceVersa 3.03 the speed is only about 1 Megabyte per second... Native Copy is the same, no benefit at all.

How can i speed up ViceVersa?

Thanks

Thanks

What speed (timed) do you get using the Windows command line COPY command?

Hi,
it's about 4,7 MB/sec with TCC (cmd alternative from JPSoft), it shows the Throughput.
I loaded up a small video to show it and sent the link to it via Magenta-Cloud link to support@tgrmn.com.

Thanks
Kind regards

Could you test the copy of the same file with different software with a timer (how long it takes)? Please try twice with each software. thanks

You could perform the copy and use a watch to time it.
